Double Cash – Cash to Points

In the spring of 2019 Citi was looking to for a way for Double Cash card holders to access more redemption options such as Amazon, PayPal and Gift Cards.  The solution was allowing Double Cash card holders to convert either all or a portion of their cash rewards to ThankYou points.  As a ThankYou member they have access to redeem their points in a variety of ways.  I was responsible for working with our team to design the end-to-end user flow and comps.
